Nei-men Nan-hai Zhi-jhu Temple is located at No. 82 of Nei-fong Village. Along Cishan, on the Provincial Highway towards Yu-jing, turn right at the Jhong-pu-tou Road intersection in Nei-men Township. Following the south-north Taiwan Provincial Highway No. 3, walk to Nei-men Police Station and Township Office and you will see the temple as you turn left. Nan-hai Zhi-jhu Temple is located at the fork of Tou-cian Liao Canal, the branch of Er-ceng-han Creek. In the old days, it was called Pig Slaughterhouse, and it was also called Gamble Room. In the past, a pig slaughterhouse was set up at the place and thus was called Pig Slaughterhouse. And some people gambled in the woods and therefore it was also called Gamble Room.
